Dorset Seafood Festival -
The annual festival includes cooking demonstrations, filleting
demonstrations, a wine matching exhibition, a fresh fish auction, and

Yorkshire Show a three-day countryside show on the edge of the spa
town of Harrogate. (This is one of the best event websites we've seen
- lots of information and easy to find your way around.)
Metieval - East Riding Rock Festival. Beverley Leisure Centre Flemingate,

Cumbria Steam Gathering
a colourful and noisy weekend event with a whole host of
entertainment, with majestic steam engines and commercial vehicles
of a by gone era, as well as hundreds of classic transport
favourites like cars, motorcycles, bicycles, agricultural and

Hampshire
Water Festival - The festival includes live entertainment,
talks on organic gardening and drought resistant plants, exhibitors of
water related organisations, workshops, local producers and garden

Edinburgh Art Festival
