Edinburgh Mela - An annual multicultural arts festival
celebrating the wide diversity of cultures in Scotland. Although
Edinburgh Mela's roots are in South Asian cultures, this is a festival
for everybody. Music, colour, dance, art, fashion, food, children's
activities, the Mela bazaar and more.
One Love Festival - Reggae music festival at Hainault Forest Country
Park, Fox Burrow Road, London.
Notting
Hill Carnival has evolved into an event that reflects the best
of Black Music. Sterling Betancourt, Russ Henderson and others were
part of the first steelband and are still very much a part of Carnival
playing in steelbands like Nostalgia and Pan Necktar.
