Local walking is excellent with Hardcastle Crags (N.T.) and the Pennine Way nearby or visitors can enjoy canal boat dining tours from the town’s marina and rail journeys to Leeds or Manchester. Haworth home of the Brontes Halifax for the superb swimming pool and Eureka science experience and Bradford are all a short drive.
