West Sussex

West Sussex is on the south coast of England, bordering onto East Sussex, Hampshire to the north, and Surrey to the west.  West Sussex has castles including Arundel Castle and Bramber Castle, Chicester Cathedral, stately homes and plenty of protected countryside for walking and cycling ground.

Chichester, the border with Hampshire, is the county town of West Sussex. Other large towns are Crawley, Worthing, Bognor Regis and Horsham.

Gatwick Airport, north of Crawley, and is the second largest airport in the United Kingdom.
