Northumberland

Northumberland is in the North East of England, with borders to Cumbria to the west, County Durham to the south, and Tyne and Wear to the south east. As England's most northerly county, it also has a border with the Scottish Borders.

Northumberland has nearly eighty miles of North Sea coastline with a 64 mile (103 km) long coastal path. The county council is based in Morpeth which is on the River Wansbeck.
